Recapturing Our Youth Crime Prevention Organization welcomes community members, public officials, and residents to the Philadelphia Youth Safety Congressional Forum. Our mission is to prevent young people from entering the justice system by providing mentorship, guidance and opportunities that empower youth to choose leadership and success instead of violence and crime.
